What was the highlight of Icon Hotel Las Condes
Very nice and comfortable.
Loved the view & the breakfast. The staff was nice and helpful. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was big enough, very clean. Lightning was amazing. The restaurant on the 20th floor was great, I wish the pool was available.
My friend had trouble with the shower, the water was too hot and it wouldn't cool down. I had no issues with the shower though. Minibar was very limited and had few options. Room service wasn't available 24hrs.

Great luxury hotel for a treat, highly recommended
Excellent breakfast, beautiful spa, great Italian restaurant with superb food in basement, amazing views with outdoor swimming pool on terrace. Rooms were comfortable.
Include rooms with 1 double bed and 1 single - really helpful for couples with a young child. Some of the information at reception was incorrect - and it shouldn't be necessary to have ID from every single guest, even children.

Good
Great staff that were exceptionally helpful with our needs. Rooms were comfortable and clean enough, with excellent restaurants at the hotel.
Wash basin in the main bedroom area was inconvenient. This should be in the bathroom, replacing the bide. Location was not in the best part of Las Condes, but still okay and close to the metro

Overall it was a nice hotel, location wasn't ideal
Clean hotel with nice rooms
Not really a relaxing pool area, needs more space for the pool and less restaurant
